Description

We are recruiting a Chapter leader for UI/UX and Attributes to our leadership team in the Mobility Design Tribe. Chapter Leader is a line role at NEVS with the task to develop the assigned competence area. The role includes securing needed processes, methods and plans to support NEVS long term strategies for Products and Services.

You will be part of the Mobility Design Tribe which today in total contains three Chapters, Mobility Design, Connected Mobility and UI/UX and Attributes. Our responsibility is to guide the design with a user centric view on attributes and solutions. The UI/UX and Attribute team is a growing team working with UI/UX as well as the Attributes that are partly distributed in the engineering organization. We are working with hardware, digital interface and services to support our vision to shape mobility for a more sustainable future. Previous experience from working with attributes and complete product requirements and validation and/or UI/UX is appreciated.

Thus, you need to be a good team player and continuously strive to make the team successful. The role also involves:

  • Remove impediments or blockers for the team.
  • Establish, maintain and follow a budget/forecast.
  • Building fruitful cooperation with other organizational entities (both within and outside NEVS).
  • Mentoring, supporting and pushing the Chapter members in their development.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Servant Leadership as a north star.
  • Bachelor of Science or higher degree.
  • Experience from working with User Interface/Experience, Attributes or Vehicle Testing (complete vehicle level).
  • Experience in developing processes and tools for User Interface/Experience, Attributes or Vehicle Testing.
  • Ability to share her or his expertise to colleagues.
  • Fluent skills in English, both spoken and written.

We prefer that you have knowledge within:

  • Requirement processes
  • Work with legal and consumer organization requirements

To be successful in this role, you need to:

  • Have the ability to build team spirit and gardening your team by coaching and developing their competences.
  • Have an inspiring approach with focus on where we are heading, not just on where we stand.
  • Encourage your employees to set bold targets and take decisions on their own.
