We are now looking for an IP Manager

YOUR TEAM

As part of the Strategy & Business Development team, you will work in a team with experienced and highly motivated strategists and business developers. You will be part of a creative and inspiring team that like to take on challenges and find new ways to work and improve. As NEVS IP Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on the IP strategy and operationally manage NEVS intellectual property accordingly. You will also be responsible for managing the interface with management, solutions, inventors and external agents to drive creation and use of the IP portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the development of a proactive IP strategy and appropriate IP portfolio development plans.
• Drive the creation of new IP in line with IP portfolio development intents.
• Drive use of the IP portfolio in line with IP strategy.
• Identify and effectively mitigate key 3rd party IP risk.
• Build long term IP capabilities within NEVS to ensure proactive, effective and efficient IP management.
• Manage the interface with external IP agents and other administrative tasks in relation to IP. 

WHO YOU ARE

• Successfully completed studies (Master or higher) in engineering or other technical subject.
• Minimum five years of IP management, strategy, or other relevant experience.
• Extensive experience and interest in driving business value based on technology and intellectual property.
• Ability to ensure work quality of external agents.
• Proven experience of leading projects and assignments.
• Genuine interest in the future of mobility.
• Accustomed to write and speak in English.
• Like to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
