We are now looking for System Engineers working within Autonomous Drive and ADAS.

 

Description

You will be part of the Chapter Controls Engineering & Artificial Intelligence, which is one of five competence areas within the Software Tribe. Our aim is to develop embedded vehicle software solutions for motion control, thermal control, comfort control, energy management and self-driving capabilities.

We are now looking for system engineers that are experienced in defining functional requirements for Autonomous Drive (AD) vehicles. Experience from system engineering work, algorithm development or functional testing within this area and knowledgeable in ISO 26262 is essential to be successful in this role. As an AD system engineer you will be part in defining our future self-driving capabilities for vehicles that will serve our mobility service that we are currently developing.

You will join an agile organisation, where team work, empowered self-organising teams and quick learning cycles is a key to success. Thus you need to be a good team player and continuously strive to make the team successful. 

We will ensure that you will have opportunities to grow and take on new challenges!

The role involves:

  • Requirement definition
  • Requirement analysis
  • Use case breakdown
  • Data analysis
  • Software development
  • Algorithm development
  • Collaboration with NEVS engineers and partners at different departments and locations

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor of Science or higher degree
  • Experience from development of AD projects
  • Knowledge in various AI techniques for AD
  • Good knowledge in ISO 26262
  • Coding skills
  • A test driven development approach
  • Ability to share her or his expertise to colleagues
  • Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
  • Driver license for vehicle
