We are now looking for a Chapter Leader.

 

Description

We need to strengthen our leadership team in the EE HW (Electrical & Electronics Hardware) Tribe with a Chapter Leader for EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems). Chapter Leader is a line role at NEVS with the task to develop the assigned competence area. The role includes securing needed processes, methods and plans to support NEVS long term strategies for Products and Services.

You will be part of the EE HW Tribe which in total contains five Chapters. Our aim is to develop Electrical & Electronics HW solutions that support our vision to shape mobility for a more sustainable future. Previous experience from EDS development is appreciated.

Thus, you need to be a good team player and continuously strive to make the team successful. NEVS strongly believes in servant leadership and the expectations on a Chapter Leader are no less than to be a role model.

The role also involves:

  • Remove impediments or blockers for the developers.
  • Establish, maintain and follow a budget/forecast.
  • Building fruitful cooperation with other organizational entities (both within and outside NEVS).
  • Mentoring, supporting and pushing the Chapter members in their development.

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Servant Leadership as a north star.
  • Bachelor of Science or higher degree.
  • Experience from developing complex Power & Signal distribution systems.
  • Experience in developing processes and tools in the EDS area.
  • Ability to share her or his expertise to colleagues.
  • Fluent skills in English, both spoken and written.

 

We prefer that you have knowledge within:

  • ISO 26262 or similar safety standards.
  • Mechanical/Electrical integration.
  • Electro Mechanical components.
