Description

The IT organization @Product Development is working very close with the Product Development organization supporting their development of Connected Vehicle and Mobility Solutions. That includes both the Swedish team as well as their Partners

We are a lean organization that put a great importance to our employee’s development and you will be part of an organization breaking new ground supporting the Product Development.

The role involves:

This position will be responsible to lead the implementation of the IT tools and solutions supporting the Software Development organization as well as securing the “Digital Thread”, i.e. the holistic view.

  • Review and refine Business Requirements (together with the Business organization)
  • Define, Review and Validate Technical Solutions
  • Integration with other Systems
  • Application development and maintenance
  • Managing Applications throughout their lifecycle

We are looking for someone who has:

  • University degree in IT, System Design/Development or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in System Development and IT
  • Long experience of working with Software Development tools, eg. System Weaver, Jira, Matlab/Simulink, Enterprise Architect, XML and equivalent
  • Other desirable skills: Knowledge in Agile processes (eg. SCRUM, SAFe)
  • Language skills: Swedish and English (mandatory)
  • Standard: ISO 26262, SAFe
  • Electric vehicles experience is meritorious.

  • Handle multiple tasks and always deliver on time
  • Have functional and technical skills as well as communication skills.

  • Team player characteristics. Work is done in cooperation and coordination within the group.
  • Have good communications skills
