NEVS is creating a strong foundation of skills for new technologies and innovations. We have a committed passion to create and deliver iconic and desirable global products. We are now looking for CI/CD Engineers!

Description

Do you want to make a difference?

Join NEVS in our vision to shape mobility for a more sustainable future!

An important part in the work towards that vision is to provide vehicles that are connected, autonomous, shared and electrified. This will have a big impact on the functionality needed in the vehicles and how we work with software. Our strategy is to develop our own software for large portions of the vehicle functionality. In this, speed is an extremely important factor.

We are now looking for CI/CD Engineers to set up and manage our processes and pipelines for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment. Your main tasks will be to define processes and methods related to CI/CD and then implement the necessary tool support for this. Once in place, you will work with expanding, improving and maintaining these systems and processes.

We work in an agile organisation, where teamwork, empowered self-organising teams and quick learning cycles is a key to success. Thus, you need to be a good team player and continuously strive to make the team successful.

The role as a CI/CD Engineer involves:

  • Designing, building and maintaining CI/CD processes and tools including:
    • Infrastructure
    • Pipelines
    • Monitoring
    • Infrastructure as code
  • Training and mentoring your colleagues

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in:
    • Implementing CI/CD processes and tools in an organization
    • Tools for CI e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo, Circle CI
    • Linux
    • Source code handling (e.g. GIT)
    • Cloud solutions (e.g. AWS, Azure, OpenStack, GCP)
    • Automation (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
    • Security solutions
  • It would be beneficial to have competence in Containers, Virtualization, Networks and Test and Verification

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is used to and enjoy working in agile teams
  • Is fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Need to be a teamplayer
  • Has great communication skills connected to implementing changes in processes and methods
