As we are currently building a Global business operation, within the Evergrande Automotive Group, with extensive expanding plans, we are looking for a Global Liaison Officer that will help us strengthen the communication and alignment of work between our global entities.

 

Description

As Global Liaison Officer your role will be to support Executive Management in China and Europe Operations to ease communication and alignment of work tasks.

The role will develop during time but initially you will work closely to CEO at NEVS Sweden to learn NEVS business operation and support Executive Managers in operational activities that enhance realization of the Corporate Business Plan. In this work you will be the Cultural bridge in communication and through this role ease for Management expanding the business in Europe. The work task can include Governance issues, Communication issues, Operational issues and Follow up on Reporting and Performance of the organization.

In your role as Liaison Officer you will be placed at NEVS site in Trollhättan Sweden and will travel frequently to European entities.

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • University degree in Business administration and/or International Language
  • Relevant experience of Business Executive support in International business environment
  • You master English and Chinese fluently, both spoken and written

 

To be successful in the role, you need to:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have integrity and inspire trust
  • Be able to deal with ambiguity
  • Have a mind for organizing and the ability to plan and prioritize
  • Understand and deal with cultural differences
