Description

NEVS continues the Agile journey to transform the whole organization. With the rising demands that comes with the Agile transformation and growing value streams, there is a need to expand our Agile Coach Team.

You will be part of the Engineering Service Operations department with several specialties e.g. operational development, Agile coaching and planning management. The department is responsible for developing tools and processes, educating and supporting the organization to work in the most efficient way.

We are looking for an Agile Coach that can help our development teams to learn and understand the Agile framework and NEVS Agile Culture.

As an Agile Coach, you will support the development teams with their growth, improvement and mindset. You will also equip them with the right knowledge, processes and tools to best achieve their goals.

You will also support the whole company to embrace Agile as a cultural shift, by contributing to create, educate, and spread the NEVS Agile culture.

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • truly understands and believes in Agile Way of Working
  • is experienced with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban
  • is experienced with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Is fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Has Bachelor of Science or higher degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred:

  • experience from working Agile in a large organization
  • experience from working as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in the Hardware area
  • Scrum Master certification
  • SPC certification (SAFe)

NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
