We are now looking for a Quality Assurance Leader!

 

Description

Our Quality & Environmental organization has just begun a journey where we´re about to build a whole new set up, by creating a central platform of Quality tools and processes. The organization contains of Regulations Management, Quality Assurance, Product Quality and Sustainability. Our mission is to contribute and work to ensure an efficient and effective utilization of our resources by supporting functional activities taking place in both Sweden and China​.

 

Your role

You will be responsible for building up the department and coach people working with our Management System, Business Process Development, Internal Audits and Coaches/Facilitator for different Methods & Tools related to Quality, Environment and Sustainability.

You will report to our Vice President for Quality and Environment. Your overall responsibility is to ensure that we will be certified and maintain ISO-Certificate(s) and secure that NEVS is compliant to other applicable standards. This role also includes business development which is responsible for developing methods and processes, educate and support the organization to work in the most efficient & effective way, by looking beyond the regular methods and involving all stakeholders.

Your team is working in Sweden, but there will also be some collaboration with colleagues in different parts of China.

 

Your assignment involves:

  • Building up and have the functional responsibility for Quality Assurance.
  • Ensuring that NEVS fulfills and are compliant to applicable standards.
  • Responsibility for our agile coaches.
  • Being a part of the Quality and Environment Management Team.

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant experience within the field.
  • Experience in working with Agile methods including SAFe.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • University degree.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.

Background in Automotive is a merit.

Terms

NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
