We are now looking for a Deputy Chapter Leader within Creative Design.

  

Description

We need to strengthen our leadership within Creative Design with a Deputy Chapter leader for the areas surface modelling, studio engineering and visualization. Deputy Chapter Leader is a line role at NEVS with the task to develop the assigned competence area. The role includes securing needed processes, methods and plans to support NEVS long term strategies for Products and Services.

You will be part of the Mobility Design Tribe which today in total contains three Chapters, Creative Design, Connected Mobility and UI/UX and Attributes. We have a committed passion to create and deliver iconic and desirable products and services suitable for volume production.

We are an agile organization, where trust, team work, knowledge sharing, collective intelligence and empowered self-organizing teams is a key to success. Thus, you need to be a good team player and continuously strive to make the team successful. NEVS strongly believes in servant leadership and the expectations on a Deputy Chapter Leader are no less than to be a role model.

The role also involves:

  • Build competence and processes within surface modeling, studio engineering and visualization.
  • Remove impediments or blockers for the team.
  • Establish, maintain and follow a budget/forecast.
  • Building fruitful cooperation with other organizational entities (both within and outside NEVS).
  • Mentoring, supporting and pushing the Chapter members in their development.

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Servant Leadership as a north star.
  • Familiar with the area surface modeling, studio engineering or visualization.
  • Experience in developing processes and tools for surface modeling, studio engineering and/or visualization.
  • Ability to share her or his expertise to colleagues.
  • Fluent skills in English, both spoken and written.
