Our IT department is creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for a Software Application Manager

Description

This organization is responsible for IT Development and Support to Product Development and Engineering. You will be part of a team of Application Managers working in close collaboration with the Engineering community, supporting them in developing and maintaining IT systems and applications.

We have a lean organization working with agile methodologies, which gives you the opportunity to influence both the organization and the products and services. Your focus area will be Application Management and System Design for Applications supporting Software Development. You will also be part of developing new IT platforms, starting from a white paper. A rather unique and challenging situation and at the same time very developing for you. 

The role involves:

Your responsibility will be application development and maintenance as well as user support.

• Managing Applications throughout their lifecycle
• Continuous improvements
• Development & Testing

Main application areas are:

• Software and Binary repository
• Source code Management (GitHub and Jira)
• Software stock
• PDM (Product Data Management) & Requirement Management

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant experience in the work area, minimum 5 years
• BSc or equivalent experience.
• Cutting-edge expertise in a specific field:
  • System Development
  • Application Management
• Knowledge of tools:
  • Atlassian Tool Suit
  • System Weaver
  • Siemens Polarion
  • Matlab/Simulink
  • Enterprise Architect (EA)
  • GitHub
  • XML
  • Databases (SQL, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of Standard: ISO 26262
• Knowledge in Agile processes (eg. SCRUM).
• You master English, both spoken and written.
