We are now looking for a Cross product Owner for E/E & SW Integration!

 

Your team

The Physical E/E Architecture Chapter is one of five competence teams inside the E/E Hardware Engineering Tribe. The overall responsibility of the Tribe is to secure NEVS present and future need for Hardware Competence & Technology, while building a great place to work. The responsibilities of this Tribe also contain the areas of EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems), Electronics, Electrical Energy Storage and Mechanical development for E/E.

We work in a lean, agile organization where people with certain competences are either members of teams, and/or act in a supporting role to these teams. To be successful you need to have an open mind, be solution oriented, a team player and able to adapt to change.

 

What you will do

As a CPO E/E & SW Integration engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining NEVS system riggs and integration riggs, and thus ensuring that NEVS products will meet the standards required by NEVS customers. The role includes actively supporting the respectively teams that are engaged in the system and integration testing. You will be responsible for align the test activities between different test environments. Such as test planning, roadmaps of development as it matures regarding functional content and the system view on the test environments. To make this happen you will lead a team with different test engineers.  

You will also:

  • Lead NEVS internal test planning and review test results.
  • Lead test activities at vehicle, system, and components level.
  • Support Engineers across the NEVS organization in applying your test activity planning.
  • Support problem Root-causing and Resolution from technical perspective
  • Evaluate the feasibility of development plans, technical proposals, and product offerings.

 

Who you are

  • Successfully completed master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Physics
  • Engineering experience from working in the automotive networks field minimum 5 years
  • Experience from (Automotive) Test activity and planning of several test riggs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
  • Good communication skills and team player characteristics.
  • Flexibility in your way of working.
  • Analytic mindset and a good understanding of “the bigger picture”.
  • Curiosity and a positive attitude.
  • Appreciative of cultural diversity in your environment.
