We are now looking for an Functional Safety Engineer - Energy 

YOUR TEAM

As part of the Chapter Software Architecture, you will work in a team with architects and systems engineers that together define how the vehicle functionality shall be designed to meet both functional and non-functional requirements. You will work in a team that has the system design responsibility for the Energy domain and act as the Functional Safety specialist within the team.

You will be part of a creative and inspiring team that like to take on challenges and find new ways to work and improve. As we design and develop a lot of the software in-house, you will work closely together with the software design and implementation teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Being the Functional Safety specialist in the cross-functional team
• Contributing to development of functional safety products in alignment with ISO26262 parts 3 and 4
• Supporting implementation teams with functional safety products in parts 5 and 6
• Actively participating in the system design of the energy domain
• Performing design analysis such as FMEA, FTA etc.
• Support and contribute to the overall vehicle safety
• Contributing to continuous improvement of ways-of-working

 WHO YOU ARE

• Has a deep understanding of ISO 26262 and preferably SOTIF
• Passionate about Functional Safety in accordance with ISO26262
• Experience of system development with functional safety requirements in the Energy domain (Energy distribution, High Voltage, Battery and Charging Management)
• Experience from software intense systems
• Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
• Accustomed to write and speak in English
• Inspiring, solution-oriented and open minded
• Like to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues
